Parking

In accordance with your lease and for the protection of all customers and guests of Westchase Park, please adhere to the following parking rules and regulations:

  • Please phone the Management Office if you observe damage or any hazards in the parking areas.
  • Remember to always lock your vehicle and protect any valuables. Transwestern, Clarion Partners, and Columbia Texas Westchase II Office Properties, LLC. Columbia Texas Westchase Park Office Properties, LLC are not responsible for any damages to or theft from your vehicle.
  • Please observe all directional signs, stop signs and speed limits throughout the parking area.
  • Do not park illegally or in fire lanes. Cars parked in these areas are subject to citation and/or towing.
  • Overnight parking is not permitted.
  • Trailers and tandem vehicles are not permitted in the parking areas.
  • Handicapped spaces are reserved for disabled persons only and located on each level of the parking garage. First floor handicapped spaces are reserved for guests of the building who are disabled persons only.
  • All vehicles must be parked in designated areas and may occupy only one space.
  • Only vehicles with a Fuel Efficiency or Car Pool Permit may park in the designated parking spaces. Permits may be acquired through the management office. Fuel Efficiency status is designated by LEED.
  • Levels 2 and above are for employee parking. The parking gates going to the 2nd level of the parking garage require an access card. Employees can have their EZ tag number inputted into their access card information to open the gates as well.

Conference Room

The building conference room is located in the Amenity building.

  • Seating capacity of 50-60 depending upon seating arrangement.
